RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each photo is custom printed at the time of order, we are not able to accept returns. All sales are final. In the case of damage during shipment, we will replace the artwork.
If the photo is damaged during shipment, please take photos of the damage, include the shipping container. Report this to us at email@example.com immediately so we can arrange a replacement photo. We have a short window to submit this, so you must contact us with any damage within 48 hours of receiving the image. After 48 hours, we can not honor a request for replacement.
Most images ship within four days; please allow roughly one week for shipment. Shipment method is USPS ground or priority.
